A session is considered confirmed only after any required photography agreement, payment, retainer, or other booking requirements communicated by Pet•Lens have been completed.

Photography Agreements

Photography sessions may be subject to a separate client agreement addressing matters such as session details, payment, cancellations, rescheduling, weather, image delivery, usage rights, model or property permissions, and other terms specific to the photography service.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed photography agreement concerning a photography service, the applicable photography agreement will govern that service.

Session descriptions, pricing, availability, locations, and other information presented on this website may change from time to time. Pet•Lens reserves the right to correct errors or update information where necessary.

Current pricing, availability, and specific session details will be confirmed during the booking process.

Portfolio & Client Images

Pet•Lens respects the privacy of its clients. Permission to use photographs from a client session in the Pet•Lens portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competitions, publications, or other promotional materials will be addressed through the applicable photography agreement or permission process where required.
